During 2010, 3D Eye Solutions has focused on marketing its proprietary technology in the cinema, broadcast TV, cellular, educational, and digital signage markets. The Company has been able to market its technology to these vertical markets by building a strong global license, partner, and reseller network.

In 2010, 3D Eye Solutions achieved various milestones in its business strategy. On January, 31, 2010, the Company's 3-D conversion for Michael Jackson's "Earth Song" was featured at the 52nd Annual GRAMMY Awards show as part of a special tribute planned in honor of Michael Jackson. In February, 3D Eye Solutions signed a joint agreement with the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League to install two 3D without glasses digital signs at the team's home arena, Nassau Coliseum on Long Island.
